My soul is not at rest even after a long hoilday break... things hurt...
My family members are having issues of communicating with each other. My brother's wife is having problem to mix into my family. First of all, my family is already having issues of not knowing how to communicate and love each other. We only speak or shout at each other when we cant withstand each other. Otherwise our communication is really very little.
My dad doesn't seem to bother to update my mum on stuff in the family. This causes her to nag and speak to me. I knew that she needs someone to talk but i just get too tired of it.
I wonder how i could sort out this issue. Now especially every member of my family just cant bear with each other. The moment some thing is not done correctly. Nagging or argument will arise.
How to help... got bless my family and really give me inside of how things could be done in Your Way.

Mix feelings of the company
Coming next month, I will be in this company for 2yrs and 7months... see alot and hear alot... life had became more difficult...
A rise of a person will mean a fall of another... I saw how two persons who are bubby bubby at work, have break apart because of work... each individual is so glad to gain recognization and forgot that the someone who fall was the one who bought him in... well, I could only said this is life and life goes on due to the fact of humans' selfishness and arrogant... just like in the animal kingdom, the fiercest would survive and live luxiously but think of the sad part too... it will be alone fighting in this world...
Addition to that, one who is hard working will never gain recognization... no matter how hard one work... some bosses just can just be picking on small things... unless you gain his favouritsum... you will be like by him...
Too much to say about my work place... sometimes I just wonder if the field I am in... really creating things efficiently or wasting things... too many things to coordinate... too many resources and efforts put in... but the end result is not always what we want or see...

Recently, I heard this song and got hooked up. It is a question that I had been asking... who am I??? This song beside asking who am I... it helps to boost up confidence.
I reallly need that.... I havent been myself for the past few months since the start of 2011... alot of things happened in the month of Mar.... Japan worst earthquake... going to magnitube of 9 and to make thing worst... their nuclear plants had failed and caused radiation leakage to the areas affected... beside that, their people are running short of food supply and electricity... I wonder if the world is ending soon... no one knows but only He who creates the world... can I get an answer? I doubt so... I will know when He arrives... I need to remain faithful in everything I do... keep up my hard work...

2011 Feelings
This week finally removed a heavy load off my heart at work. Hope no follow up need to require.
I have been thinking about will this yr be a brand good new year. Last yr was not smoothed sailing... job instability. Also looking ahead... I wondered when I would find my another half!!! Looking at Airu for her liking towards a guy for years n finally decided to let him know. I hope an outcome will bring her to her next stage of life. Looking at myself. Love life is so empty. Things come n go. I think i can be a good friend of a guy but never to the stage of gf. Another thing is if a guy likes you, how should I react? Esp. this guy is a friend of your friend's husband. Matchmaking?!? I really dont know. Pretty sure that our stage will not go beyond friends. How then should I react if he ask me out? Should I go or not? I really hope to tell him that i dont mind to be friend him but yet i dont want to give him the impression that he has chance. It is so horribly wrong. I dont like this feeling to be happened to me if someone i like, just try to be nice to go out with me. Would man think the same as woman? Please give me some direction. I wanted to ask my good friend n her husband for opinion but tot it was not right. How!!! Please show me!!!

A common myth in clients that I see is the belief that if they are going to do something creative, innovative or entrepreneurial, they must become the outgoing, hard driving Donald Trump kind of person. Of course, this is often very much the opposite of their natural personality style. What do you think? Is it necessary to become the aggressive extrovert in order to do something exciting, unusual and profitable?
I trust you don't really believe that. The key to success is to find your authenticity and to be true to that. Shakespeare really conveyed a basic truth when he said, "Know thyself, and to thine own self be true, then thou canst not be false with any man." If you are an introvert who shudders at the thought of being in front of people, then allow your business or career to embrace that knowledge about yourself. There is no continuum of personal style that forces a person to become more extroverted, talkative, bold and aggressive in the path to success.

I loves this author. His ideas and thoughts are simply bought across in his books that are easy to read. I began to take notice of his book when I bought a music cd that was released together with the book title; "He chose the nails".
This time round his latest book; "A Love Worth Giving." Be kind to yourself, believe in yourself and I am worth his kindness. I always struggle in what worth do I have. I am not good at study, work or practically anything. But one thing I should remember is to be kind to myself and He found worth in me. I should get this book and read through it. Hee Hee.
